2. Estimates & Payments

- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Financing may be available through third-party providers.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Appointment times are estimates.
- Customers must provide access to the property.
- Cancellations should be made in advance.
4. Warranty & Liability
- Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
- Labor warranties may vary by job.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or unrelated system failures.
5. Limitation of Liability
GT AC & Heating is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or delays caused by weather, parts availability, or unforeseen issues.
